Admitted

It is not very often that I get admitted at the Hospital. However, my family and me have always consulted doctors at the hospital and have had mixed experiences. Last month, due to an unfortunate incident, my immediate family members and a few of my relatives had to be admitted in the hospital for different amounts of time.

Among the admission, I had to be admitted and treated in the hospital twice. Seeing the services that were rendered during this time to my family and me I was really impressed with the care of all staff that attended to us. I am deeply indebted to all of them and I write this note to thank you all for the care you gave.

For me it was a strange experience for me since, fortunately, I have not been hospitalized in my adult life for such a period of time. Well, it was an experience from the other side. A patient’s point! What I like to believe is that what I experienced is what every patient admitted at this institute experiences. That would be what we have to live up to. As a patient I realized so many things we repeatedly talk about to improve is really applicable. I experienced aspects of care that could further be improved and also some physical aspects of the rooms that could be improved.

In general, from the service side, I was happy and once again wish to thank all those who made my stay in the Hospital comfortable.
