Infection Prevention Week

On the occasion of Infection Prevention Week, activities were carried out to raise awareness on the cause. Consultant Microbiologist, Dr. Seema conducted a session on Basics of Infection control for nurses on 16^th November followed by a session talking about Basics of Infection control for Doctors

To educate regarding the infection prevention measures that can be taken at home, our staffs Ms. Zarana Mohamed Ali, Head Infection Control and Mr. Sujeeth B Nair, Director of Laboratories and Quality and infection control link nurses visited the homes of bed ridden patients in K. Thulusdhoo on 17^th October.

In addition to the trip to K. Thulusdhoo, our staffs also traveled to K. Himmafushi to educate about the infection prevention measures that can be taken at home on 19^th October.
