Biography

Dr Ifasha Gasim is the first female Maldivian Orthopaedic surgeon. She joined ADK Orthopaedic team in 2019 after completing her postgraduate studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her postgraduate research study regarding tissue engineering and nerve regeneration was selected among the top five studies in 2017. Aside from giving the best available treatment, she takes an interest to educate patients regarding their conditions and how to take preventive measures.
