Procurement Executive / Medical Equipment Sales

Qualification

·Degree in Commerce/Management/ Health care or related field

 

Experience & Skills

·Should have minimum 2 years’ experience in health care procurement field

·Expertise in medical supplies and sourcing

·Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills

·Knowledge and understanding of medical procurement process, policy, and systems

·Should have good working knowledge of administrative procedures in placing orders and making purchases.

·Excellent logistical skills to be able to monitor, track movement of goods

·Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts

 

Wages & Remuneration

·USD 1500 and above (Depending on qualification and experience)

·Overtime

Main Responsibilities

·Responsible for coordinating and performing activities involved with purchasing and procurement of medical products, equipment’s and services

·Implement efficient procurement and sourcing strategies for medical products, equipment’s and services

·Negotiate with suppliers to find most cost-effective deals and establish good relations with suppliers

·Develop and maintain positive communication links with suppliers and clients

·Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage

· Place orders and purchasing medical products and services from local and abroad on need basis within the established purchasing guidelines of the hospital.

·Prepare hospital requirements and place timely orders for regular imported items from abroad, and ensure the stock does not run out.
