Healthcare Quality Forum

On March 2, 2012, the Hospital organised and held a historical event at the national level on improving healthcare quality. This is the first time a medical institution in the Maldives took such an initiative to promote quality and standards of care for patients.

Century International Gold Quality Era Award

On March 10, 2013, ADK Hospital has been awarded with the Century International Gold Quality Era Award. The awarding was held at a gala dinner at the 15th Century International Quality Era Convention held in Geneva, Switzerland. The Managing Director of ADK Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. Mr Ahmed Afaal participated in the Convention and accepted the Award on behalf of ADK Hospital.

 

Cardiac Clinic

ADK Hospital will start a Cardiac Clinic on Sunday, March 10, 2013. This Clinic is initiated in effort to continuously improve our services and also to bring quality care within the reach of Maldivians. We are happy to announce that two super specialists, both Maldivians, will serve in this Clinic.

The purpose of the forum is to initiate the dialogue and culture of safe and patient-centered care, and will focus on the following streams: Clinical Improvement, Medical Law Patient Safety and Patient Engagement
